President and CEO

Prior to Omnistream, Bill was CEO and founder of Sweet Relish, a content marketing company. Prior to Sweet Relish, Bill was President of U.S. Operations for iQmetrix, where he guided the overall strategic direction of the company. Prior to joining iQmetrix, Bill founded Work Software Systems, a successful retail management software company acquired by iQmetrix. Bill has extensive business leadership and management experience, which includes management consulting for KPMG in New York, Director of Sales and Marketing for an Internet startup in Boston, and also as a Sales and Marketing manager with a large North American manufacturing company. Bill earned a BA from the University of Western Ontario and an MBA in finance from Boston College.

Joseph Tosey

Joseph has designed and built systems for Plantronics, Gust, Dyaptive Systems (now JDSU), Sierra Wireless, Glenayre, Northern Telecom, Claris Healthcare, Lincedge, UWeave, government ministries and several startups. He has held leadership roles in both engineering and marketing. His experience spans internet infrastructure and both wireless devices and wireless infrastructure. He has been granted 17 patents and has 20 patents pending.

Joseph has studied project management at Stanford, holds an MBA from University of Western Ontario and an Joint-Honors in Math/Computing from Simon Fraser University.

Andrei is president and founder of Warewolf Technology. He is a technology generalist, system architect, domain expert, with the ability to dive deep into the smallest details when they affect the big picture. Expert witness: wireless technology and mobile application subject-matter expert for intellectual property litigation. Team-builder: organizing projects for success.

Gary Smith

Gary is the founder of multiple companies, including: ColorID, WorkWireless, and H2Workforce. He is presently President of ColorID, LLC which is a major supplier of biometric and identification solutions and to over 1,000 higher education institutions, 300 healthcare facilities and many of the US government federal agencies. He served in multiple roles at the telecom manufacturing company, Glenayre Technologies, including: GM, Exec-VP, CTO, President and CEO. Gary has been on the board of both NASDAQ and New York Stock Exchange companies and has been involved in numerous other businesses and non-profits in both a board and advisory role. Gary’s education includes a degree in Electrical Engineering from University of British Columbia and extended general business training at Stanford University.
