What Information Do We Collect?

We collect the personal information you give us, such as your name, company name, and email address.

We also collect the personal information of your site visitors, such as name, email address, and phone number, if it is entered by you, your staff, or your customer. We also store the location of your site visitors, derived from their IP address at the time they start a session with you, plus the type of browser they were using at the time.

What Do We Do with Your Information?

We use your email address as the account sign-in name, and with your permission, we may send you emails about our service, new features, and software updates or interruptions.

We store your customers' information solely for your benefit. We will never use your customers' information to get in contact with them unless we have your permission, as in the example of tracking down a software problem.

Consent

When you provide us with personal information, we imply that you consent to our collecting and using it for the account name and for communicating with you. If you would like to opt out of any type of email that we may send to you, we will give you the opportunity to do so.

Disclosure

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

If Sweet Relish, LLC is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to offer our service to you.

Third-party Services

In general, the third-party providers we use will only collect, use, and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.

Once you leave our website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our website’s Terms of Service.

Security

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed.

There is no personal information stored in any cookie. However, the cookie allows us to link it to personal information stored on our servers if logged into your account.

Local storage, a feature of modern web browsers, allows you to track recent pages viewed by your site visitors. The pages are stored on the computers of our visitors. We do not save this information but may retrieve it for display during a session with your site visitor.

Action tags, also known as web beacons, may be used to track page views in order to help us understand application usage patterns.

This website does not respond to ‘do not track’ in HTTP headers.

Uploaded Documents

We allow you to upload documents for display to your site visitors. These documents are stored at a third-party data storage service. We recommend that you do not upload documents that contain personal information. We are not responsible for the security of uploaded documents.

If we receive a formal complaint that you are displaying copyrighted material that you do not have permission to use, we may be required to delete a document uploaded by you.

Our Personnel

From time to time, our personnel may be required to view personal information in order to do their job, such as tracking down software bugs. Our employees have signed a confidentiality agreement that restricts them from not disclosing customers' personal information.
